What’s the Difference between UI and UX Design?
UI and UX design are closely related but they focus on different aspects of the design process.
UI design refers to the visual and interactive elements of a digital product, such as layouts, typography, colour schemes, icons, buttons, and other graphical elements that enhance the overall aesthetic and usability of the product. It focuses on the look and feel of the product and how users interact with it.
UX design on the other hand focuses on the overall experience from the moment a user starts interacting with a digital product. The goal is to make the experience of the product (software, mobile, or web app) enjoyable for users by understanding their needs, behaviours, and motivations.

How We Work
Initial Meeting
During our first meeting (virtual or physical), you’ll introduce the team to the project, background, vision, and goals of the project. We’ll decide on a suitable communication channel, times of meetings, and roles of team members.
User Research & Persona Development
Based on the specified project goals, we’ll work on identifying user needs and expectations through one or more methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data. Gain insights into your audience and create user personas that guide the design process.
Wireframing & Prototyping
At this stage, we’ll create design concepts in the form of wireframes/sketches. Then we’ll convert these wireframes into high-fidelity designs using Adobe XD, or Figma. To prepare the high-fidelity mock-ups we’ll be needing some items for you including your logo and brand guide. This will enable us create user interface designs that reflect your brand. If you’re a startup and don’t have an established brand, we’ll recommend our logo design and branding service at the start of the project. We’ll then create clickable prototypes that simulates the design’s user experience.
Handover
we’ll prepare and handover implementable design assets which will include a design system, images, icons, and screens. If you have your developers, they can finish development and work on future product milestones confidently with our neatly wrapped design system. We make sure that whoever takes over our work can easily pick up where we left off.
